Atty. Malka joined our firm as an attorney in 2010 after serving as an intern at the firm.

​

Atty. Malka provides legal & commercial counsel on securities and corporate laws. Atty. Malka regularly accompanies private, public and governmental companies as well as institutional entities, business persons and investors.

​

Atty. Malka deals with merger's and acquisition's, share and asset acquisitions, implementation of regulatory provisions in corporations, including provisions of the Commissioner of Capital Markets & Insurance and Savings at the Ministry of Finance, the Government Companies Authority and the Securities Authority, entailing the drafting and assimilation of corporate procedures, preparation of administrative enforcement programs and implementation of corporate governance practices.

In addition, Atty. Malka provides legal opinions on various commercial issues concerning corporation's ongoing activity such as reports to the various authorities, drafting agreements, participation in board meetings, audit committees, committees for the approval of financial statements and investment committees.

In the area of real estate, Atty. Malka prepares sale and rent agreements, accompanies various projects, prepares combination and option agreements, and deals with the registration of condominiums.
