Atty. Moran Bell Zafrany

Atty. Bell Zafrany joined our firm as an attorney in 2015 after serving as an intern at the firm.

​

Atty. Bell Zafrany provides legal counsel concerning a variety of real estate transactions, including private placement (sale / purchase of apartments from contractors and "Second Hand"), commercial transactions, gift transactions, land sharing agreements. She also provides consultations concerning combination and construction projects under the National Outline Plan 38.

Atty. Bell Zafrany conducts preliminary examinations concerning rights to land, negotiation, drafting contracts, assists with consultations concerning bank financing and mortgages, consultation concerning real estate taxes and tax planning, registration of rights before the Land Registry Office and the Israel Lands Administration. Atty. Bell Zafrany’s experience extends to registration of wills / estates, percolation, registering rights in condominiums and more.

Atty. Bell Zafrany offers legal services and representation before the appeals committees and the various municipal tribunals concerning land taxation (including property tax reduction), tenders, receivership proceedings, construction defects, actions in accordance with the Law of Tenant Protection, and evacuation claims.

Atty. Bell Zafrany provides guidance and ongoing legal consultation to companies and private clients regarding drafting various legal documents including agreements with resellers and contractors and can provide legal opinions to clients in a variety of fields.
